🎸 Vernstock 2025 – Saturday, July 5th Announcement
      Theme: ’70s–’90s rock cover music

      Location: 178099 96 St W. Foothills AB.

Vernstock 2025 invites you to a one-day private music party series this summer, happening on select Saturdays in July and August — with the first one kicking off on Saturday, July 5th.

We’ve already lined up a couple of great music groups — names to be announced soon — and we’re looking to add a couple more to round out a 3–4 band lineup.

Following the fourth set, the stage will open up to live jamming and karaoke — so bring your talent to the stage and join in!

🎉 ABOUT THE PARTY

Bring your own food and drinks — BBQs will be hot and ready if you want to grill something up.

1:00 PM – Start time – Jump in the pool, hit the trampoline, ride the zipline, or just kick back and soak it all in.

🎶 LIVE MUSIC SCHEDULE (30–40 MIN SETS)
4:15 PM – First band
5:30 PM – Second band
6:45 PM – Third band
8:00 PM – Fourth band
9:15 PM to 11:00 PM – Live jam / karaoke

🎸 THIS IS AN ALL-AGES ROCK PARTY — so let’s keep it positive and social, where the kids are loud and the music is even louder. The goal is simple: let’s have a great time together.

This party will be shared mostly through word of mouth, with maybe a quick mention online.
If you know someone who’d love to join, just forward them this email so they can register too.

This is a come-as-you-are private, invitation-only gathering, not a public event.
Under MD of Foothills guidelines, a public event would require admission fees, permits, medics, security, and insurance — this is not that.

This party is taking place among my sphere of influence — friends, family, peers, clients, customers, and acquaintances.
There is no cost to attend, and no formal infrastructure is in place — though we will have three porta potties and water on site.

🔴 DISCLOSURE

The primary purpose of hosting this party is to promote my real estate business as a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 Bravo Realty. I'm proud to have built a strong career in this industry, and this gathering is a way to connect with others — both personally and professionally — to explore how we can support and collaborate with one another in business and in life.

In addition to that, it’s also a great excuse to catch up with familiar faces, meet some new ones, and enjoy the music we grew up on from the ’70s through the ’90s — performed by local talent.

🔴 IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Absolutely no heavy drugs or hard alcohol – this is not that kind of party.
   ✅ Light alcohol / social drinking and 420-friendly for those who use cannabis are welcome — but please use discretion, keep it away from kids, and be respectful of others.
   Cannabis use is permitted within the legal boundaries of Alberta law — please use responsibly and respectfully.

2. Parents: You are responsible for supervising your children at all times.
   The pool and zipline can be dangerous — please keep a close eye.
   Let’s all look out for one another so everyone can have a great day.
3. For the safety of children, pets must be left at home.
   Sorry — we love them too, but this party is not the place.

This is a first-come, first-served private party with a maximum capacity of 200 people.
If you register and can’t make it, please let us know early so we can offer your spot to someone else.

✅ VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

When registering, please use the message box if you're willing to help out.
We’re looking for a few solid folks to jump in on the following:

• Band support – Loading and unloading gear
• Sound setup & teardown – Especially helpful if you’ve got sound tech experience
• PA system and light rig support – Cables, stands, and stage gear
• Gate check-in – Verifying registered guests as they arrive
  

Your help will go a long way toward making this party smooth, fun, and unforgettable for everyone!

🟡 BACKLINE SETUP FOR MUSICIANS

To keep things running smoothly, please use our provided gear to ensure quick set changes (15 min max). That means more time to play — and less downtime between sets.

We provide:

• Two half-stack cabinets (4–16 ohms)
• Bass cab with direct in
• 5-piece drum kit: double kick, hi-hat, 2 crashes, ride
• Four monitor mixes — 750W each (3000W total)
• Soundcraft LX7 console with full PA (6400W)
• 100’ 24-channel snake
• Mics, stands, lighting, and full power distribution
• Sound engineer + assistants

We are NOT providing:

• Guitars, basses, cables, tuners, etc.
• Amp Heads
• Guitar Pedals

🎸 So make sure to bring your amp heads, guitars, pedals, or whatever else you need to dial in your sound.

🥁 Drummers — feel free to bring your own kick pedals, throne, cymbals, or stands as needed.
